This website is operated by JetAlum LLC, trading as Earthwise Windows of Kansas City (“Earthwise”, “we”, “us”), 1414 E 19th Street, Kansas City, MO 64108. By using earthwisekc.com, our dealer portal or any of our social media pages, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
These terms cover:
They do not cover the purchase of windows or doors. That is governed by the quote, order confirmation and invoice you receive from us, and by our product warranty.
Prices, sizes, options and product information on this site are for general guidance. A quote is an estimate based on the information you give us. Nothing is ordered, and no price is binding, until we confirm your order in writing. We may correct errors on this site at any time.
Earthwise manufactures and sells windows and doors. Installation for homeowners is carried out by TrueFit Windows, a separate company. Any installation work is agreed between you and the installer, under the installer’s own terms.
Card payments made through our payment page are processed by Stripe. You must only pay an invoice or order that is yours, or that you are authorised to pay. Card details are entered on Stripe’s own secure page and are never seen or stored by us.
Dealer portal accounts are for our authorised dealers and their staff. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for everything done under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend or close an account that is misused or no longer needed.
We post our own content about our products, our plant and our projects on our social media accounts. Some of it is published from our business software, which connects to those accounts only with our permission. Your use of each network is also subject to that network’s own terms and privacy policy. Comments and messages you send us on social media are public or shared with that network according to its rules, and we may reply to them or remove them from our pages.

The text, photographs, videos, drawings, logos and brochures on this site and on our social media pages belong to Earthwise or are used with permission. You may view, download and print them for your own use in choosing or selling our products. Please do not reproduce them for any other purpose without our written permission.
This site links to websites we do not control, including our service providers and social networks. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by using this site or relying on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited, or our obligations under your order and our product warranty.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute about them will be heard in the courts located in Jackson County, Missouri.
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Using the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
